Self-care Sessions ✨
As an advocate for self-love and self-care I am very aware of what I feed my mind, body and soul. It is so important we understand and take time out to self-care.
With self-love at the core, self-care allows you to hold yourself accountable to what you are feeding your soul from the company you keep, to the food you eat, to music you listen to and to the conversations you engage in.
I normally set time aside for evenings or weekends of just me, myself and I atleast once a month, thats a minimum.
I need to recharge and to be honest just enjoy my own company. I like to light some candles, enjoy some new pyjamas and fresh bed sheets but recently I found something was missing. Some good music for the soul. Music that just makes you feel good, empowered and uplifts your spirit. So I curated a playlist because I realised if this is how I wanted to spend my self care session, I'm sure I'm not the only one. So here it is, a new series focusing on giving you some self loving and we are starting with pressing play on the first Yours Truly playlist.
